consider一般有四种用法，具体如下：
一、consider“思考”、“考 虑”（=think about），后面可接 名词、代词、动名词；由 “how， what等+动词不定式” 或者从句作宾语。但要特别 注意：consider后面不能直接 跟动词不定式作宾语。

2、We are considering going to Hainan for the Spring Festival.
3、He has never considered how to solve the problem.
二、consider v.“考虑到"、" 顾及"、"体谅"。这时其后用 名词或动名词作宾语。
①All of you should consider the feelings of other people.

三、① “认为”、“以为”、 “觉得”（=be of the opinion， regard as），后面多接宾语从句， 这时一般不接动名词作宾语。
